Roses come in different colors & sizes. At times they may be small or bigger than usual. This is out of our control. However, we will do our best to pick out the best options for our clients.

50% nonrefundable fee for all orders. This is used to get all needed supplies for your order. We are not responsible for this deposit in case of a cancellation.

Last minute orders will consist of a late fee and options may be limited. Handle all orders with care. We are not liable for your order after it's been received.

All orders have a 15 minute grace period. After the 15 minutes we may have to reschedule or cancel the order.
